Scholarship and Honoring school going Extraordinary Talents 2016-17
It is important to find a place in this competitive world. So, it demands quality Education. Obviously the high level and quality education is highly expensive. It is true , many young talents of our community may fail to fulfill this demand and get disappointed. To avoid this situation ‘A ray of hope’ for such tired & disappointed youths will be the “Scholarship” which is given every year by Sri Poornananda Seva Prathishtana(R) (SPSP) Mangalore.
Last year in the 18th scholarship distribution function, we are really proud to present before you that more than 130 students from PU to PG from the various Districts of Karnataka, have received nearly above rupees 10 Lac.
We are very much happy to inform you that this year out of 230 applicants we have found nearly 180 really eligible students for this honour. Every student will be given on and average Rs12,500/- this year. This will pileup a huge sum approximately 15 Lac or above .
We request you to donate atleast the minimum amount of one student of Rs. 12,500/- or multiples of this amount.
We would appeal the donors to donate whole heartedly and request to kindle a light in the life of such needy children.
We request once again to all the fellow beings of our Society to join hands with such a Nobel cause. SPSP will also conduct several other programmes every year such as personality and skill development programme, Religious and women empowerment programme, Health awareness and Medical camps, Upliftment of poor families,Rural development programme etc.
All these need your fullest support and encouragement. We introduce an opportunity to become “CO-SPONSOR” for all the Programmes of SPSP by donating Rs.50,000/- each year.
The CO-SPONSOR” will have duel role-play as guest & Host in every function of SPSP. We also invite him/her to every meeting to plan our programme. On every occasion the “CO-SPONSOR” will have a respectable seat on the dias.
